Since 2014,sports goods enterprises adapted to the market changes through strategic transformation.The human resource management strategy has also become one of the core influencing factors.ANTA Group has successively acquired several international brands from 2015 to 2017 and proposed a group management with multi-brand operation business model.The garment production center is a garment production under ANTA group.The production and operation model transformation were proposed since 2017.Original salary management,which has lagged the require of business development.This paper summarizes the problems that existing in the compensation system of garment production center through investigating and incorporated theoretical analysis of human resource management.On this basis,combined with the business strategy,the overall compensation system of the garment production center was optimized,and the corresponding protection scheme were formulated as well.The focus of this paper is on the optimization design of the compensation system of the garment production center.Firstly,based on the problems in the business strategy and the compensation system,the overall goal of the compensation system optimization design has been settled;Secondly,compensation level and structure of management layer and front-line staff position were formulated;Third,promote the implementation of the compensation system optimization program could be able to be safe landed eventually.The purpose of this paper is to establish a compensation system both with internal fairness and external competitiveness.On the one hand to improve the overall satisfaction of internal employees on compensation;on the other hand,to ensure the continuous supply and organization of talents is capable to highly match with business purpose strategy for the garment production center.
