At present, the rear service system of domestic universities has still withhold brand of the planned economy time, thus it seriously restricted the higher education development. In order to eliminate those bottleneck factor, University's superintendent must drastically reform it's rear service system. Under this reform background, Yangzhou university set up the diet service center in rear service group.but it's internal management aspect still continue to use the traditional management pattern, with the rear service socialization reform becomes deeply and deeply, many questions about human resource management appear obviously.This article firstly briefly explained the salary management theory, then with methodologies based on questionnaire and individually discussion, the author analyses the original salary system of the diet service center in Yangzhou university rear service group, and point out the original salary system existence fair unbalanced contradictory prominent, the egalitarianism is serious and so on the questions. In order to adapt demand of knowledge economy and universities rear service socialization reformation, this paper also quest for some ways to obtains the competition superiority.Secondly, the paper design evaluation performance system, with the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper also contrasts the new and old salary system and appraises the new salary plan. The quality synthetic evaluationresult is that the new salary plan obviously surpasses the old plan.Finally, briefly introduced the new salary plan implementation safeguard measures.
