Urbanization Of The Suburbs Of Large Cities In China Development Research

The study object of this thesis is the development of suburb urbanization in metropolitan of china. We are developing country with large farmer population. According to stat. in 2005, city population is thirty-six percent. In developed country, city population large more than in our country. According to stat. in 2005, the city population ratio in some developed country is ninety-one percent in England, seventy-seven in American, seventy-seven in Canada, seventy-seven in Japan. Face to these different, we must speed up urbanization, especially suburb urbanization in metropolitan, to shorten gap from the developed country. It is one of the best ways to resolve problem in our economy and society. Hence, under the scene of society development, the further study of suburb urbanization in our metropolitan has a strong realistic meaning.The preface part of the thesis from the rise of the question, explains the purpose and research method. The first part of this thesis is mainly to introduce concept of suburb urbanization, introduce the necessary and important meaning of suburb urbanization in our metropolitan from both theory and practice aspects. The second chapter introduces several important problems which appear during the suburb urbanization in our metropolitan, further study and analysis these problems, then form the theoretical foundation and practical model. The third part of this thesis is mainly to explore rule from the important status and advantageous condition of suburb urbanization in our metropolitan. The fourth part of this thesis is mainly to explore developing way of suburb urbanization from success case about urbanization in Changzheng Town, Putuo district. The conclusion of this thesis is mainly to point out that suburb urbanization in our metropolitan is a complicated system project of economy and society. We must strengthen industrial structure adjust and upgrade, further consummate social guarantee principle.
