The existence of a large number of surplus rural labor force in China not only affect the improvement of agricultural productivity, and increase the income of the peasants, and has become an important factor in constraining the rural economic ,even the national economy, and has a direct impact on China's social stability. To resolve the issue of the transfer of surplus rural labor force properly help to the realization of sustainable development of agriculture and promote the modernization of the whole country and the people of the whole country to achieve common prosperity, but also the prerequisite and basis for building a socialist harmonious society.The transfer of surplus rural labor force in China is a long-term, complicated, step-by-step process. It should be integrated through a variety of channels for the transfer of rural surplus labor. This paper has the analysis of the current situation of surplus rural labor force, and explores the reasons of a large number of surplus rural labor force, and gives a reasonable and effective way to the transfer of rural surplus labor, and makes proposals to further improve the transfer of surplus rural labor force.This article consists of five parts. In the beginning of the article, the author explained the significant of rational and efficient transfer of rural surplus labor. The first part is about the theoretical analysis of the transfer of surplus rural labor force, and introduces the two main theories that have a far-reaching impact on main the transfer of surplus rural labor force .The two main theories are Artbur.W.Lewis-fee King Han-P. population mobility patterns and M.P.Todaro population mobility patterns.The second part uses the data to analyze industry, employment areas, transfer of state and revenue of the China's rural labor force . It shows that China's rural labor has generally faster transfer speed from the traditional agricultural sector to non-agricultural sectors, but there are large regional differences. China's rural laborers in economically developed eastern region shift a larger to non-agricultural sectors from the traditional agricultural sector, and they have higher-income ,but the under-developed central and western regions in the traditional agricultural sector stranded in a lot of surplus labor in low-income rural residents, and the transfer of rural...
