The Analysis Of The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor Force

The rural surplus labor transfer to non- agricultural industries is an inevitab1elaw of the development of economy and society,and an inevitable trend of realizing industrialization and modernization in our country. The rural surplus labor transfer is a key issue,which will make much difference whether full construction of a well-off society and modernization can realize. It is a strategic and overall importance issue to the social stability and the society progress in our country,W hat is more,it is an important task to build harmonious society. Therefore no matter from the section of the development of economy and society or the section of the academic research ,we must attach great importance to the issue.Since 90s in 20 centuries,the rural surplus labor transfer of China is Paid more and more attention by the Public. The theories fields also we are discussing the research continuously,but many scbo1ars carried on their researches on the theories foundations of the western rural surplus labor transfer. This paper makes a short review and comment of the related theories,and Mainly focus on the theories of the rural surplus labor transfer of China,then points out the core factor for restricting the rural surplus labor transfer. With a view to the problems mentioned above and the relevant hindering factors ,this article is devoted to make up some ideas to promote the employment of the rural labors.
