Based On The Key Stakeholders Of The Construction Project Quality Assurance System

Along with reform and opening policy in our country becomes continuously thorough and the market economy is gradually perfecting, market competition turns intensive further, consumers put forward higher and higher demands to the merchandise, the quality of merchandise has already been paid attention to by more trades , departments and customers.Construction project is a kind of special merchandise; owners have higher and higher requirements for its quality, maintenance and repair. The improvement of quality can not only raise the quality benefit of the enterprise, set up a high grade brand, accumulate intangible assets and be approved by customers and the society, but also reduce post-project maintenance and repair expense of the enterprise.At present, the project management level in our country is relatively low, the related sections of building industry have just changed from the planned economy mode to the market economy mode. At the end of 90's in the last century, building construction enterprises started to perfect their own quality control system according to international standard. But in recent years from the beginning of this century, accidents resulted from the construction engineering quality have emerged endlessly.In our country, academic study of quality control system of construction project mainly considers construction techniques and raises product quality mostly through various technical measures, but does few studies of the management, only a few superintendent units do. But for the moment, the management of superintendent units to project work is only from the beginning of the construction stage, Which is just a part of the whole life cycles of the project, doesn't include the superintendence of design stage and it isn't complete. Thus it can be seen that current quality guarantee system of the construction project dislocates with the actual circumstance of our country.The following work has been carried out in view of the above-mentioned problems:Chapter 1 first introduces the present conditions that the industrial scale of building industry in our country is increasing fast; the quality guarantee system is getting in line with international building industries gradually; but the industry benefit is descending.
