Study On The Construction Of The System Of Product Quality Guarantee On Caofeidian Tongyong Port

In recent years， with the vigorous development of China’s import and exportbusiness， port service industry gradually grows， and plays an increasingly importantrole in the regional economy. Against this background， port enterprises are facingtremendous opportunities and challenges-the huge market space， good earningsprospects， and a steady stream of competition from other companies. How to grasp theopportunity， to seize the commanding heights of industry， is a problem that everybusiness managers must face. Quality management is an important part of the businessmanagement， and the quality of products determines the level of competitiveness ofenterprises， and affects the achievement of enterprise goals. Based on the study ofproduct quality assurance system construction of Caofeidian TongYong port， this articleprovides a reference for other port enterprises.First of all， I studied the research status of quality management and other basiccontents. Through theoretical analysis on total quality management， comparing thequality of service management elements and port industry product quality characteristics，I laid a theoretical foundation for product quality assurance system construction ofCaofeidian TongYong port.Next， I analyzed the product quality characteristics of Caofeidian TongYong port，and made a brief discuss about the feasibility and necessity of the company’s productquality assurance system implementation. And then by studying the status of thecompany’s operations I draw some major problems that exist in the company’s qualitymanagement present.Thirdly， by combining quality management theory and the characteristics of portservices， I drew the customer demand-oriented quality assurance guide. Then bydetermining product quality factors and dividing quality of the functions， I put forwardconcrete steps of the product quality assurance system. From the document control，related parties (collaborators) management， manufacturing process control， productionprocess management， site management， monitoring and measurement control，substandard service control， and several other aspects， I structured product qualityguarantee system for Caofeidian TongYong port and proposed methods of continuousimprovement.Finally， to ensure normal operation of product quality assurance system of Caofeidian TongYong port， I proposed safeguards measures on the basis of the foregoinganalysis.
