Software Project Based On The Role Of The Formation Of The Project Team Research

With the development of global economics, China's software industry will move on to a new stage. The ever larger scale of software development and the number of software programs pose a challenge for the former mode and concept of project management. The workshop development and the oral management led to the high probability of failures in present software development.An analysis on the reasons that led to the failure of the project Demonstrates that failure frequently results from such software problems as the organization, human resources and management, rather than such hardware method as technology. Most of the present software enterprises lacks the efficient system to integrate human resources, and place the responsibility on the stuff with comprehensive skills, which results in the weak replaceability of the human resources and low working efficiency. The high efficiency of the completion of a project needs to integrate different technical stuff according to the different division of work. Moreover, the frequent flow of the software technicians requires the high replaceability of the human resources. In addition, the evaluation of the project is a problem that the management of the software project management needs to settle. What is more, the just, objective and measurable evaluation of the employees is a problem for IT project management, which determines whether the efficiency of the project can be improved.The paper analyzes the research of the team construction, elaborates on the Belbin team role model and the other means of the team construction. Even though the present team constructions emphasize the different aspects, they did not combine the role and the tasks that a team should take. The paper, by a combination of the life cycle model of the Rational Unified Process, proposes a construction of the program team on the basis of the roles.In the traditional software development, the typical life cycle model includes the waterfall model, the speedy prototype model, the alternate model, the spiral model and so on. Each model has its own characteristic and a specific field of appliance. According to the continual change of the software system, we can estimate the effort for the development of the project earlier, more practically and more accurately. Therefore, the paper proposes the employment of the Rational Unified Process which will counteract the important risk and improve the success of the program.
