Since the intermediary and later stage of 80's, the overseas famous brands of hotel groups came into China. The tourism hotels in China especially the industry hotels confronted a lot of difficulties. What the industry hotels can do is join the market and competition.This thesis utilizes the principles of Management Science, the Corporation Operation Strategies, Marketing and Services Marketing, by the practical analyzing of the Handu Grand Hotel, using the way of combining the theory and practice, marketing and services marketing theory, qualitative and quantitative analysis, to take a whole research on services marketing planning of the Handu Grand Hotel in systemic point of view. At first, this thesis finds the opportunities, threats from the outside of the hotel and the strengths and weaknesses from the inside of the hotel, utilizing the SWOT analytics way, gains the services marketing strategy composite structure. Then gives the market position of the hotel by the manner of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, put forward a policy of product, price and so on. In the end, the thesis give the hotel's carrying measures of its services marketing planning in its designing of service product, service quality management and the human resources management.Only the innovation of management can make the development fast, we should realize that we have a long way to go if the tourism hotels only reach the level of standardization and formalization. Based on this situation, to offer the personalized service and the wide range of products will be the higher pursuit.The method of thinking and ways of the services marketing planning of industry hotels which this thesis puts forward, and the skill, means of investigation and analysis offers some reference which can help the enterprises and the tourism hotels with a small or middle scale to improve the economic effect and competitive power. |
