The main problems existed in the production management of Luzhou LF Company and its causes are studied in this paper. One of the causes is the absence of the incentive system and the ignorance of the employees. In order to set up efficient incentive measures and enhance the working enthusiasm of the employees, it is desirable to understand their requirements. According to the existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs which are mentioned in the ERG Theory, the present paper puts forward 17 indexes of employees' demands and 13 indexes of employees' expectations. Through investigating the employees' demand characteristics and incentive expectations of the company's production department by the questionnaire and interviewing, this paper get the demand characteristics of the employees of different ages, sexes, levels of education and positions. The characteristics are as following:①the main demand of the employees of the production department of LF Company is the relatedness needs, the next is the existence needs and growth needs;②as the age increasing, the needs of growth and relatedness is weakening;③the relatedness needs of the female employees is much higher than those of males and the growth needs of male employees is higher than those of the females;④employees with higher levels of education has higher needs of growth and relatedness;⑤the esteem needs of the technicians is higher than those of the ordinaries.Considering the above characteristics and the objective situations of the company, the present paper puts forward some incentive principles:①Valuing demand of the employees ;②Guiding reasonably their demands;③Strengthen construction of the enterprise system;④Establish incentive mechanism stereoscopic;⑤Implementing differential incentive.There should be some kind of incentive measures System aimed at the technicians, administrative personals and ordinaries as well as the advanced, the laggards and the intermediaries.
