Under the trend of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is ultimately the competition of talents.The key to attract and retain talents is to fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of employees by using incentive mechanism.Firstly,on the basis of interview and literature review,the questionnaire design,scale and test are carried out to form the initial measurement items of the questionnaire and the pre-test is carried out thereafter.Secondly,on the basis of the pre-test,exploratory factor analysis is carried out on the problems existing in the initial questionnaire.The measurement terms are adjusted accordingly to form a formal questionnaire,and then a large-scale questionnaire is issued in S enterprise.Finally,the data collected and sorted out are analyzed by using SPSS and AMOS respectively by correlation factor analysis and structural equation model analysis,focusing on the correlation mechanism between employee incentive mechanism and incentive satisfaction and the relationship between variables,and then optimize the employees incentive mechanism of S enterprise.Based on incentive theory and comprehensive reward model,combined with national conditions and the actual situation of S enterprise,this study explores the influencing factors of employee incentive.Based on the comprehensive reward model,the dimensions of employee incentive are analyzed,and the satisfaction model of employee incentive mechanism is constructed.The model consists of four dimensions: material incentive,spiritual incentive,emotional incentive and development incentive,and put forward the relevant relationship between employee incentive mechanism satisfaction and the four dimensions of the mechanism.From the analysis results,the employees incentive mechanism of S enterprise can be analyzed from three aspects: material incentive,spiritual incentive and development incentive.Material incentive and development incentive have a significant positive impact on incentive satisfaction.The influence of spiritual incentive on the incentive satisfaction is not significant.To optimize the incentive mechanism of enterprises,we need to start from the needs of employees,enrich the incentive mode,and comply with the principles of guidance,rationality and timeliness.This study enriches the theoretical research on employee satisfaction of incentive mechanism,and objectively evaluates the effectiveness of incentive mechanism in S enterprise.It also provides an optimization idea for S enterprise to explore more efficient incentive mechanism.
