In the enterprise salary system,employee welfare is an important part of.Two key problems faced by modern enterprise management,the first is the rich management experience,science and technology and advanced equipment,the second is to have an enduring excellent team.Talent is now the enterprise survival and development of the power source,the state also gradually improve and promote the overall legal welfare system.Gradually enhance the protection function of the social security system of workers' basic life.Thus,the development of employee benefits is focused under the continuous reform and transformation.As in recent years,China's talent market is facing more and more pressure,increasing corporate demand for high-quality personnel,in order to obtain more talent resources,many enterprises has begun to attention to internal staff welfare system design and construction.Also scientific level of welfare system within the enterprise is the enterprise human resources management level of an important symbol of the welfare system design can not only the costs and benefits of optimization of enterprise,while helping to improve the trust of the staff of the enterprise and dependency,the stability of the enterprise talent teams has a critical influence.Construction enterprise welfare system on the other hand,in a certain extent can enhance the corporate image and social reputation,enhance the ability in the competition for talent,to attract a wide range of the benefit of the Magi.Therefore,it can be said that the staff welfare system determines the cost of employing the utility enterprise,determines the enterprises to attract and retain talent,but also marks the enterprise development and management level.Based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,through a lot of theory books and periodicals.A large collection of information about the construction of employee welfare system,combined with practical experience,in-depth study and analysis of the situation of current welfare system of B company and the existing problems.The various factors in the comprehensive reference literature and case elastic welfare basic theory,combined with B company business background,the level of human resource management,staff characteristics and,try to design and improve the welfare system,and strive to promote the flexible benefits plan in B company process,in order to construct a scientific and advanced,can achieve the enterprise staff and mutually beneficial win-win welfare system as the goal.This thesis mainly launches from the following several aspects.Firstly,introduce the background,significance,ideas and methods;secondly,discusses the related literature at home and abroad research progress;third,B company in detail the status quo of the current welfare system and analysis the design of welfare system of B company and problems existing in the tube;the fourth,in order to improve the enterprise human resources management level,enhance enterprise's financial efforts to control and enhance the satisfaction degree of staff,flexible welfare plan of the necessity and feasibility analysis on building company B;fifth,detailed list of company B establishes flexible benefits plan principle,train of thought,content,system support and management.Sixth,the improvement in B company employee welfare plan and improve the assessment of joint effect the company employee welfare plans between improvement and enterprise benefit;finally,this paper briefly review and prospect.
