The step and direction of technology innovation determine whether success or failure of economic activities in knowledge economy age. Seeing the whole world business marketing, intelligent physical product went upon the stage of economic development, intelligent merchandises and intelligent service are also taking brilliant effects on world business activities. Quickly expanding software industry accompanying with intelligence have become most brilliant and rising industry. Information speedway building, society improvement and world economic development have gotten a great benefit from software industry. For example, Microsoft Company, regarding as representative of high-tech software industry in US, have been become most powerful multinational company in the world business activities. So actively pushing Chinese software industry is becoming the one of various important activities to realize the policy of technology blossoming business.Following more quick developing of world economic globality, more international software enterprises enter into the national marketing competition after china entered the WTO, national software enterprises have to facing the double challenge coming from internal and international marketing, enterprise international developing strategy is a choice of self-developing and upgrade integrated competitive , how to realize international?Economy globally and entering WTO, these activities don't only bring the chance of Chinese economic development, but also whole position challenge. In paper of , The government have focused on providing powerful support for Chinese software industry from the policy, capital and so on to push Chinese software industry quicker development. Then regarding as strategic industry in Chinese economic development , Chinese software industry how to grasp opportunity to face the challenge to meet the aim that act as the one of worldwide powerful countries arrive Chinese economy stable, gradually enhance through tech improvement.The issue is a big task for Chinese whole society also is author hope to deeply investigate .author choose Chinese software industry as specific project, want to analyze its marketing competition to bring out several methods to upgrade Chinese software industry international competition.
