Researchers have been paying close attention to organism's intelligent behaviors, especially on the nervous and evolutional systems, and a marked effect has been produced in practice. Recently, the organism's immune system has a strong appeal for researchers. The immune system produces antibody to get rid of pathogen and keeps the stability of its organic through discerning all cells of organism and distinguishing the outer harmful antigen from its own tissue. The development of Artificial Immune System(AIS) which is based on the immune mechanism, has been used in fault diagnosis, intelligent optimization, information safety and some other areas. AIS has strong ability to deal with information processing and solve problems , which has a widely researchable prospect.At present, so many domestic and oversea scholars have paid much attention to the research of AIS, but there are few researches on other regions except in engineering application. This thesis tries to connect immune theories to the contract administration. First, it combines organism's immune system with contract administration and offers the theorial frame and basical model of project contract immune administration. Then this thesis introduces the application of immune algorithm in project contract administration , the whole procedure of algorithm. Finally, this thesis takes the construction project for example, setting up the project bid-evaluation model which is based on the immune algorithm in the course of contract sellers selection and combine with immune residual antigen model to do risk monitoring and control management.This thesis is divided into eight chapters, the question researched in the thesis is raised in the first chapter, and a simple introduction of AIS is also made, which is including the current researches in both China and overseas. In the second chapter what is mainly talked about is the history of immunology's development and the constitutions of organism's system. In the third chapter, the basic idea of project contract immune administration system is raised and a simple introduction about this model is also made. The fourth chapter is mainly about the common procedure course of the immune algorithm, which will be shown in the practice of project contract immune administration. In the fifth chapter, the thesis analyses some problems existed in engineering project contract administration from macrocosm and relevant immune strategies will be provided. In the sixth chapter, in the light of some problems existed in engineering contract sellers selection ,the engineering bid-evaluating model based on immune algorithm is set up and achieved by MAILAB. The seventh chapter will combine with the residual antigen model which is introduced in the third chapter, it will provide an effective method of the contract risk monitoring and control which is helpful to contract cost and the schedule risk management, the thesis gives some examples to explain it. In the eighth chapter, the content researched in this article will be summed up and the future outlook of the research work will be raised.
