The Continued Competitiveness Of The Chinese Multinational Study

The development of China's economy, from a big international trade nation to a trade power, depends on the development of its multinational cooperation, which means that the companies should have competitive power in the international market. Though more and more firms are engaged in transnational operation, some of those have been in the group of 500 powers in the world; we still haven't enough confidence on the prospect of the firms for their persistent shortcoming, just operating too short. Now many theoretic studies show that to build and develop "Core competence" is the key to promote firm's competitiveness. However the theory of Core competence can't offer a right direct in value for company and it often is regarded as the reason to ignore building the system of scientific management. With the change of time it is inevitable way for sustainable development of company that they will have to take into account the social and environmental consequences of their activities. The Chinese transnational corporations have to cater for the advance theory of management and build the sustainable competitiveness to make achievement in the international market.The article perfect the theory of sustainable competitiveness. The research of competitiveness shoud be expanded to sociological field. This text is divided into seven chapters. Firstly, it explains the current situations of the transnational enterprises of our country, and showes the main research purpose of this paper. This text summarizes domestic and international relative theory. In the theories it lists two main schools: Potter's competitive strategy and core competence. While affirming their positive role, it have put forward them in the theory and show their deficiency, then draw the sustainable competitiveness definition finally, that is said and supplements and system of competition. Then the article has proposed the definition, research contents and method of the sustainable competitiveness. In Building tomorrow's company, The inclusive approach to business balances profitability with sustainability, corporate social responsibility and environmental accountability. With study the domestic competition theory, the paper defines the sustainable competitiveness.Then the paper analyzes the characteristic of the transnational enterprises of our country finally to obtain the deficiency in the sustainable competitiveness, and proposes how to build the sustainable competitiveness in terms of enterprise's management. The sixth chapter takes the Chinese Chang Hong firm for a case to account for the theory of the sustainable competitiveness is value in management practice in a company. The last chapter has proposed the deficiency in study of the sustainable competitiveness in the paper. After all it explores the theory preliminarily; there is a lot of work in research of the theory.
