It's widely concerned that both China and India are rapidly developing in economy. However, it's a question to further study how to continue to grow. This paper is on the basis of the sustainable competitiveness to try to resolve the problem. The sustainable competitiveness is a new and valuable question for discussion, which emphasis on the sustainable development and balance growth. The promotion of the sustainable competitiveness needs a lot of factors, including the internal and the external. Factually, as the external factor, the regional economic corporation provides the international resource to the promotion of the sustainable competitiveness. Therefore, countries should take the effective policies and regulation to develop the regional economic corporation in order to promote the sustainable competitiveness.As the neighbored and rising power countries, the relationship between China and India are widely concerned. Recent China-India relations have grown steadily, and that the two countries' mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields is fruitful. Two authorities have had the consensus that the tow countries should be corporation with each other. However, it's still a question that is how to corporate in order to improve the sustainable competitiveness. This paper points out that China and India should strength the national corporation in order to promote the sustainable competitiveness. It took the historic and contrastive method of analysis. The innovative point is to link the sustainable competitiveness with further corporation between China and India.It's divided into seven parts. Firstly, it's pointed out the sustainable competitiveness and international-corporation. Secondly, it analyzed the strategic meaning of the corporation between China and India.
