To the airline company, the aviator is the core person of the key position. In this article, firstly, it described the current situation existing in the aviator troop. By the case study of aviators'resignation, it briefly analyzed the direct reasons of the short of aviators and their job-hopping.Therefore, the article introduced the overseas development and practice of occupation management theory, which demonstrated that in our country, the human resource management in most of the airline companies has not introduced into the conception of occupation layout and management in deed. Next, it made an in-depth study of the aviator occupation layout and management, which illustrated its different stages and characteristics during its development: the basic content,requests,fundamentals and functions. In a further, it researched the procedure of the occupation layout, and discussed the roles division and orientation occupation layout model and procedure.On this basis, the article put forward the model study of the aviators'occupation management. According to the inside and outside circumstance and interior management active and results, it built an occupation layout management model which is up to the current aviator management system in the airline company. The basic conclusion of the whole article is, it is very necessary for our airline companies to build an aviator management layout. Through investigating the aviators'occupation characters and subjective wills, and combining the systemic occupation layout in the companies, the occupation layout frame in which the company is dominant and communicates with aviators can be built.
