Since 1999 ,country application type research institues began to change into corporations, our country science and technology system turned into a new stage, then reformed from mechanism to structure adjustment and circulated from closing to open a reorganization.So far, ten thousandsof research institues have changed into corporations. Escaped from the government control , the system-changed research institue owned a full management independent power, and faced to more development opportunities, also faced the fierce competition and challenge of the open market, therefore, it become one of the urgent problem for the system-changed research institues how to develop oneself advantage and improve the core competition ability.This thesis uses methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combining together , goes deep in to study the problem of cultivating of the core competition ability of the system-changed scientific research institutes, first,the thesis in great quantities drew lessons from the core competition ability, competitive advantage, the knowledge management theories, etc;and delineates a rough competiton main factor combination of new economic ages:Knowledge-Core competencies-Advantage, namely the KCA combination. On the foundation of investigating theories, the text carries on the analysis to the inner and outer environment of the system-changed scientific research institutes, and expounds the opportunities and difficulties of the system-changed scientific research institutes, points the outlet of the system-changed scientific institutes that had to cultivate the core competition ability to develop.Later in allusion to the four greatest influence development of decisive problems such as falling behind to corporate culture...
