Dongfang Boiler Restructuring Their Core Competitiveness Study

As the main dominating factor of our national economy, the station large-middle scale enterprises, especially these central subordinate enterprises are not only getting along well with the people's life, but also with the economy security of our country and the stability of our society. During the past three years of the station enterprises' reform, they are paid close attention to extensively by the government and most of the people. With the success of the station enterprises' reformation, many people begin to research and summarize the successful experience of station enterprises' reform. But these middle-small revised companies such as the revised enterprises of dong-fang boiler, who haven contributed greatly to the station enterprises' reform are taken for granted, this article will pay more attention to them.In China the research of the core competence is mostly focused on those of state enterprises and the main famous companies. Little is done to most of the middle-small companies. According to the research of core competence of Dong-fang boiler revised enterprises, we hope to give some advice on how to solve these problems about their long time development, especially to these companies such as the Dong-fang boiler revised enterprises and the ordinary middle-small companies.At the beginning of the paper, we introduced simply the history of the state enterprises' reformation and the research about the core competence. After that this article carried out a thoroughly investigation in the dong-fang boiler revised enterprises. As one of the dong-fang boiler's revised enterprises, the dong-fang boiler industry company will be analyzed as an example to the core competence research of dong-fang boiler enterprises. The article will take emphasis research on the competence, especially the core competence of dong-fang boiler industrial company. And then we analyzed the environmental element of dong-fang boiler revised enterprises, the factors that influencing their competence and the relations between the revised enterprises of dong-fang boiler and their competent in China. In order to distinguish the core competence between these boiler companies, the thesis also showed the difference among these companies divided by the features of manufacture scales, marketing occupied rate, all kinds of abilities, and so on.At the same time, the thesis arranged the difference and the correlation between competence and core competence according to some of the famous competence theories, the thesis also distinguished different competence between the revised enterprises of dong-fang boiler and the three power groups of China. Thesis provided some data and theory support for the research of the core competence.After above analyses, referring to the situation of dong-fang boiler revised companies, this thesis provided some advices for dong-fang boiler revised companies on how to set up core competence, and how to distinguish core competence, how to develop and increase their core competence. In the conclusion part this thesis also put forward some proposals for future research.
