Studies On Core Competence Of Feedstuff Enterprise In Fujian Province

Now, feed industry has been one of critical pillar industry in our national industry and promoted the development of national economy with sustainability, rapid and health. Fujian’s agriculture economy is rapidly developing and the development of feed industry facilitate rapid development of planting and breeding industry, as well as agriculture industrialization. This study focused on the several problems also appeared in feed industry, including less market competitiveness and unreasonable distribution and structure of feed industry. By visiting the enterprises for inspection and investigation, the competition of feed industry in Fujian province was comprehensively discussed and analysed to illuminate development status, external and internal circumstance industry chain. Finally, the competitiveness and selective development patterns was evaluated.First, the fundamental theory, measurement study and evaluation methods of core competitiveness were discussed. The related theories of core competitiveness indicated that characteristic professional knowledge, which cloud bring competitive advantage for enterprise and be difficultly transacted, were core competitiveness. It also included knowledge system of providing competitive advantage of enterprise and ability of constant innovative product and provided service to adapt market. The economic theories of feed industry competitiveness, evaluation studies and criteria of core competitiveness were discussed.Second, by visiting the important feed enterprises and breeding enterprises in Fujian province for inspection and investigation, the external circumstance of feed enterprise competitiveness of Fujian was analysed, including industry chain, relationship between enterprise and animal products and consumer demands. The structure constrains and shortage of feed grain and plant proteins were serious. The feed industry development was unbalance with backwardness of feed additives industry. The feed industry information construction would be improved. Green trade barrier was serious. Countermeasures for developing Fujian province feed industry were such as, developing the "grain saving" modern animal husbandry, finding all kinds of ways for feed grain shortage, promoting balanced development of feed industry, improving the feed industry competition ability, improving the feed industry informatization development. Last, some proposals for developing Fujian province feed industry were put forward. The proposals were such as the competitive ability of feedstuff enterprise could be improved by extending the industry chain of the feedstuff enterprise, enhancing measures for supervision and control over quality of feed products and improving the feedstuff enterprise ability of research and development. Fujian province must be focus on the improving the development of feedstuff enterprise through the high technology, such as increasing the research budget, improving technological innovative capability and upgrading feedstuff industries. We and strengthen basic research and research in cutting-edge technologies to resolve the o obtrusive problems in the development of feed industry. Feed industry technology progress mechanism was established for the feedstuff enterprise and encouraging enterprises to increase their investment in research and development and in technological innovation. Scientific research institutions and Feed Association must be play an important role for the feedstuff enterprise. Furthermore, improving the technology content in feed and enhancing the market competitiveness of the feed and animal products were also important for feed industry.
