Under the circumstances of current market environment and enterprise development,many companies operate tasks in the form of team.Lots of work must be done through team cooperating.Due to the reason above,researchers pay more attention on teamwork situations.The efficiency and strategy direction of a team relies largely on the team leader's decision and leadership style.Therefore,how leadership style affects team creativity and then improves team performance and organization performance as well becomes anattractive topic currently.This study is about how transformational leadership affects team creativity.First,it will review the previous relevant studies about transformational leadership,team creativity,team communication and knowledge sharing climate.Then,based on the literature review,an empirical research will be carried out in some working team from a few companies in Shanghai.This study has collected about 74 valid team samples.These samples have been analyzed by SPSS.Correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to test the hypotheses.The data analysis result proves that: transformational leadership style has a significantly positive influence on team creativity;team communication has mediation effect between transformational leadership and team creativity;knowledge sharing climate has non-significantly moderating effect on the relationship of transformational leadership and team creativity;although the fairness dimension of knowledge sharing climate shows a significantly moderating effect on the relationship of transformational leadership and team creativity.At last,this study proposed some advice about current team management based on the conclusions.
