With the global information booming, info-tech has been becoming an important source for enterprises. IT industrialization and application has been going to a critical phase of deepening, integration, transformation and innovation. IT and IT system has been affecting a company's organization, administration, operation and business mode every day . But not all information strategies are right for enterprises' developing strategy. That is where the problem lies. We are considering how and where to adjust and how to find a shortcut to assess the IT performance in a company. Based on calculous, this article tries to build a system which tests and assesses the IT system in companies, then offers some effective advices on IT management.First of all, based on reference to documents and questionaire, we discuss the concept of IT governance effectiveness and a couple of international standards to conclude an indes table assessing the efficiency of IT governance system.Then we bring fuzzy integral into IT governance assessment system, analyze and calculate the data obtained via questionaire based onλto get the performance value of IT governance.Last, according to the performance value and the impact caused byλchange, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages in IT governance and offer some beneficial advices.
