In order to promote the rural land of Suzhou to circulate better, and to make social and economic benefits of the flow of the rural land get abundant full play, it also discusses the counter measure issue that promotes the rural land of Suzhou to circulate, and proposes that we should transfer the rural labour force through multi-channel, develop the second and third industries in a more cost-effective manner, foster leading enterprises, advance the industrialization of agricultural management, strengthen the support of the rural finance to the transfer of land , reform the system of land for use, control the disorderly flow of the land ,and so on.
