Shanghai-nanjing Line Information Industry With The Development Of Strategic Research

In recent years, with the rapid development of the information industry, the level of development of the information industry has become a country's national comprehensive strength. In the circumstance, China's information industry has become the first pillar of the national economy. In Jiangsu Province, the information industry of the region along the Shanghai-Nanjing expressway which we call Huning information industry belt accounted more than 90% of the province's total output value. A preliminary framework for the development of information industry belt has formed.This paper analyzes the "10th Five-Year Plan" period of Huning information industry belt from four perspectives which contains dimension of space, dimension of time, endogenous and exogenous factors. Based on the analysis from life cycle structure, Space structure of industrial, industry clusters and value chains, suggestions such as changing the focus from manufacturing to software and information service, making the "proliferation-polynuclear" structure to the spatial structures of urban agglomerations, multi-center network and the development of the industrial structure are presented. And this paper also points out that the government plays an important role in guiding the industrial clustering, building innovative clusters, strengthening the competitiveness of industries. Suggestions such as Huning information industry belt should be put into global information industry value chain and the international competitiveness should be constantly improved, and effective development suggestion of the information industry cluster are promoted. This paper proposes a four-dimensional model of regional information industry ,and a vague language model of information industry safety warning is presented. Meanwhile, the result of this research of Huning information industry belt was accepted by the department in charge of accreditation of Jiangsu Province and the cities along Shanghai-Nanjing expressway . This research also provides a better theoretical support for the information industry developments in Jiangsu Province and other parts in China .
