| China is the first tobacco producing and consuming country in the world, tobacco is much more important to our national economy. It is not until recent two years , the chain operation -modern retail model has drawn people's attention in tobacco industry. It will be looked as an very important way to develop tobacco chain operation ,ensure tobacco monopoly administration and entrance cigarette retail terminal net. It is very important for Chinese tobacco industry to look upon the model of chain operation, and it is also necessary to set up a management system to cigarette retail chain fitting our national condition, in terms of modem chain management theories.This thesis analyzed the business strategy of Nanjing jinmengdu company and make the analysis of recourses that the company owned after economic management system reformation and new management environment it is facing. The environments the enterprise is facing are analyzed comprehensively in different aspects including political, economic and social, cultural and technical environment, illustrating the status of Nanjing jinmengdu company .and competitors as well as major clients, and analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by these elements. Through using value chain analysis, the interior conditions of current enterprise are analyzed from the aspects of their basic activities and complementary activities and so on. Using the SWOT analyzing tool their opportunities, threats, strength and weakness are made clear. the paper put forward measures to the target and model of chain operation of Nanjing Jiinmengdu company in the future, the author also analyzed the basic model expected to adopted in the development of chain operation in Chinese tobacco industry. and according to the research ,the paper enhanced strategy of the chain operation development of Nanjing Jinmengdu company and suggested some voluble principles in the progress of organizing and running of cigarette retailing enterprise. |
