The Sustainable Development Of The Energy Industry In Northern Economic Analysis

The energy resource is the important material base for human society's economy development, is the main fountain-head power of the productive force's leap. It plays an extremely important role to the full-scale development of present economy and society and also the enhancement of people's living-level. The north of Shaanxi province is abundance in coal, oil, and natural gas. It is finely reputed as "China's Kuwait", and has the extremely huge development potential. Along with the western development and the establishment of the country-level energy and chemical industry base in 1998, the large-scale development and processing of coal, oil and gas has launched. It not only has brought local economy's soaring in North Shaanxi, but also powerfully propel coordinated and steady development of Shaanxi province and even country's national economy.The construction of energy base has already begun to take shape. The energy resources industry has obtained the unprecedented development. However, we found that there were seriously unsustainable development problems existing in energy resources industry. That is the massive wastes of the energy reresources, the serious pollution of originally frail ecological environment, and the lack of motivity in energy resources industry. This is a kind of extensive development pattern which is characteristic in " high investment, high consumption, high pollution, low production and low efficiency". This kind of pattern seriously restricted the healthy and sustainable development of energy resources industry.Presently, there are many researches on development mechanism and the development pattern for energy resources industry's sustainable development. There are also many organic countermeasures for each side of industry's sustainable development. In fact, in view of the North Shaanxi's energy resources industry's sustainable development , analysis from the economic angle, and form the overall development mentality in this foundation extremely have the necessity. The extensive growth pattern and the unreasonable system arrangement caused and sharpened interior contradiction of the Energy -Economy - Environment (3E) system during the North Shaanxi energy resources industry's development. It created the energy waste, the environmental pollution and the ecological destruction, directly caused the North Shaanxi energy resources industry's unsustainable development.Reconsidering the traditional economical idea which only considered unitary economy system, thesis obtains that we should persisted the scientific development idea ,transform economy growth fashion and overcomes the market malfunction question in energy resources industry ,and also the resources distorted disposition by the system innovation. Finally, thesis proposes the concrete policy and suggestion to implement the North Shaanxi energy resources industry' sustainable development effectively.
