Risk Management Of Corporate Mergers And Acquisitions In The Reform Of State-owned Enterprises In Heilongjiang Province

As the main way of the reform of state-owned enterprises, Mergers & acquisitions is being used widely. However, as a two-sided sword, M&A brings not only the profit but many risks to the reform in Hei Longjiang province. Therefore, it is very important and meaningful to strengthen the risk management of M&A.Based on the basic theory of M&A and risk management, by combining the feathers of the reform of state-owned enterprises in Hei Longjiang, this article establishes a risk management system that is suitable to the M&A in Hei Longjiang. Firstly, this article recognizes the risks of the reform of state-owned in Hei Longjiang with the method of Delphi and Accident tree. Then, by qualitative and quantitative analysis, it measures the risks of the reform of state-owned enterprises. At last, according to the feathers of M&A ,it puts forward some measures of prevention an control to different risks.I hope that this article can provide some advice to the risk management of the reform of state-owned enterprises in Hei Longjiang.
