As an agricultural country with a big population, it is of great significance for China to solve the"Three F issues"(the issues of farming, farmer and farming areas) well. Consequently, how to solve this problem is one of important tasks for the communist party and the government.In the situation of entrance into WTO, the international market has moved into the competitive period featured in the aspects of the quality, the diversification, and the brand of different products. Since the main competitive content has focused on the diversification of the products, the non-price competition has become an inevitable choice for the cultivation and the development of agriculture, which greatly hallenges the competitive ability of Chinese agricultural products.Based on the theory of the differentia of agricultural products, as well as the analysis of the exportation of Chinese agricultural products, this thesis aims to nalyze the influential competitive factors of Chinese agricultural products and bring forward the measures for enhancing its export competitive ability.Firstly, in the first part of this thesis, I will introduce the theories of product differentia as well as the theoretical significances. Then, I will elucidate the forming conditions of differentia of the products from the aspects of natural condition, agricultural technical improvement and sales selling.Secondly, I will demonstrate that differentia of agricultural products is the most decisive factor from the aspects of quality, brand, (credit), and characteristic agricultural product (diversification). The quality is the one of important component parts in the competitive ability; the brand will be the important method of management; the characteristic agriculture is an effective way to enhance the agricultural competitive ability in a country or an area, especially for the advantages of some foreign trades in the border areas.Thirdly, integrating the theories of differentia of agriculture products as well as the influential factors, I will bring forwards some measures to enhance the competitive ability of agricultural product. They are to enhance the quality of agricultural products, and promote the developing strategies for healthy agriculture; to clarify the brand thought of agricultural products, scientifically orientate and implement the strategy of differentia in sale; to try every means to develop characteristic agriculture and perform the industrialization of prosecution as soon as possible.Finally, in the framework of WTO, based on the actual conditions of agricultural market in Jilin Province, I will analyze the special case of competitive ability of Jilin agricultural products and put forwards some pertinent suggestions.The final conclusion of this thesis is: the differentia of agricultural products is a most competitive method as well as the micro basis for the estate improvement. Furthermore, it is also the decisive factor for the competitive ability of Chinese agricultural product. The non-price competition with the differentia of agricultural product as the main content is the fundamental necessity for the cotemporary markets at home and abroad.
