Research On Construction Of Agricultural Product Quality And Safety Guarantee System In Hanzhong

As the basic source of food,agricultural products are the material basis for human survival and development.With the rapid development of the global economy,the rapid development of free trade and agricultural trade,the quality and safety of agricultural products are related to the health of all human beings,life safety,national social stability and economic development.The issue of quality and safety of agricultural products has become the focus of strong concern of governments.Improving the quality of agricultural products and building a quality and safety guarantee system for agricultural products is a common task facing the international community.Under such a background,this paper takes Hanzhong City as an example to analyze and study the current situation and existing problems of agricultural products quality in Hanzhong City,aiming to provide accurate and feasible opinions and suggestions for the construction of agricultural product quality and safety guarantee system in Hanzhong City.This paper first reviews the quality and safety incidents of agricultural products at home and abroad,and puts forward the risk characteristics,regional characteristics and urgency of the problem.Through the research and collation of the theory of agricultural product quality and safety management at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the quality and safety guarantee system of agricultural products at home and abroad experience.On this basis,after investigating the development status of agricultural product quality and safety guarantee system in Hanzhong City,it found that the following problems existed: the agricultural product safety awareness has not yet formed a social consensus,the ordinary people's attention is not high,the agricultural product standards and the legal system are not perfect,making it illegal.Molecular organic enthalpy,limited testing conditions and limited capabilities.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes the following countermeasures andsuggestions for the further improvement of the agricultural product quality and safety guarantee system in Hanzhong City:(1)Strengthen the quality and safety supervision system of agricultural products and expand the scale of the supervision system.(2)Strengthen the construction of the agricultural input product supervision system and eliminate hidden dangers from the source by controlling the use of agricultural inputs.(3)Accelerate the construction of agricultural standardization production bases,and promote the promotion of standardized breeding in the international market.(4)Strengthen the training of agricultural producers in order to reduce the risks caused by human operation factors.(5)Promote the construction of agricultural product quality inspection system and agricultural product market access system.(6)To create a comprehensive traceability system and establish a recall system for agricultural products,and establish a consensus on the safety of agricultural products.(7)Establish an early warning system to provide early warning of foreseeable security problems through timely processing of test data.
