The Research On Quality And Safety Management Of A Gricultural Product Based On Business Perpective

With the continuous improvement of living standards of our people, quality of life is also getting higher and higher, requirements on the quality of agricultural products from people have reached a very high level. And, with the rapid growth of our market economy, competition in the international market is intensifying day after day; quality requirements for agricultural exports are increasingly higher and higher, almost harsh. The requirements of the entire needs of the market for the quality of agricultural products have reached a higher level than ever before. Faced with this demand market, the supply of agricultural products in our country is not optimistic. Studying on quality and safety management of agricultural products has very important significance in enhancing quality and safety standards of our agricultural products, protecting the health of consumers, and improving the competitiveness of our agricultural products in international markets for agricultural products.This study starts from a successful agricultural enterprise in the quality safety management of agricultural product, summarizing the measures and experience of quality and safety management of agricultural product. On this basis, the study analyzes of the revelations of these measures and experience to domestic agricultural enterprises on quality and safety management of agricultural product, and explores ways to strengthen the quality and safety management of agricultural products of domestic agricultural enterprises.In this paper, the first part sums up the study in the quality and safety management of agricultural products at home and abroad, mainly from six aspects.such as the impact factors of the quality and safety of agricultural products, consumer behavior, producer behavior, governance, market failure, learning from the experience of other countries. The second part carries out a detailed introduction and analysis of concepts and theories about quality and safety management of agricultural product. Then the third part introduces BY Group,and carries a detailed summary of its measures and experience of the quality and safety management of agricultural products, followed by carrying out a maturity assessment model to certificate the success of quality and safety management of agricultural product of BY Group. Next are and a detailed analysis of the revelations of these measures and experience to domestic agricultural enterprises on quality and safety management of agricultural product. On the basis of the above study, in response to these revelations, this paper puts forward several proposals and measures to strengthen the quality and safety management of agricultural products of domestic agricultural enterprises from two perspectives of agricultural enterprises and government.
