Increasing quantity, not increasing income has arisen at internaltelecommunications in 2005 through rapid developing period of over 20 years withthe advance by leaps and bounds of information communication technology, thechange with each passing day of society information demand as well as numerousand complicated competition pattern change. Setting down and adapting competitivestrategy under new situation has become urgent and chief task of internaltelecommunications working trader. Firstly, the thesis introduces the situation ofinternal telecommunication market, the situation of telecommunication market inHebei and Hebei mobile situation, then summarizes relational theory of modemcompetition strategy. And on the basis, the thesis analyses the three levels gradually(general environment, industry environment, competition environment) of outerenvironment of Hebei mobile company by using five competence analysis model andsums up competitive character and competitive trend; And it analyses the innerenvironment profoundly of Hebei mobile company by making use of value chain andVRIO model and puts forward its strongpoint & weak point. Then this thesis educesits key competence basing on analyzing the inner & outer environment of Hebeimobile company, selecting and constituting competitive strategy. Finally, it bringsforward its competitive strategy disposition as well as exact measures according tothe characteristic of Hebei mobile company.
