To get the better place in the competition of human resources, the companies must pay more attention to the retention management of core employees. By the harmonious, stable long-term development of the enterprise, the core employee's retention management is long-term, coherent and important. We must make it an important constituent of the enterprise intangible assets, as a kind of system.The research goal of this article—unifying the theories of quantity statistics and human resources system. It is for establishing the dynamic management mechanism of core employee, which follows the discipline—"unifying the control of model analysis and the stabilization of institutional framework".The research technique of this article—mainly using the method that unifies the model deduction of mathematical analysis, as the core, and the local enterprise's real diagnosis research, taking the theories of human resources management and management science as the rationale, using the methods of the questionnaire survey theory and quantity statistical analysis theory , retaining the design of retention management system of core employees as the main body, selecting the quantitative research of core employee' s loyalty as the breach, then constructing the dynamic management mechanism of core employee overall.The innovation of this article—Firstly, in the quantitative research exploration, this article analyzes the relationship among Loyalty, Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of employee, proposing the "seesaw" principle which reflects the relationship; Secondly, making the audacious supposition: there is a kind of functional relation among them, then transforming the recessive relationship into the dominant mathematical logical relationship—proposing the "loyalty" formula and constructing the dynamic control system of loyalty—"loyalty hut"; Thirdly, by the result of real diagnosis analysis in DASHAN GROUP, developing the institutional framework of the retention management; Finally, through the conformity of the dynamic control system of loyalty and the institutional framework of the retention management, successfully constructing the dynamic management mechanism of core employee in DASHAN GROUP.The research result of this article—in the view of real diagnosis research, this article selects the DASHAN GROUP as the object of study, through the dynamic control analysis of loyalty in this enterprise, obtains the core employee's first-hand investigation material, then assists this enterprise to establish the institutional framework of the retention management, at last, successfully constructs the dynamic management mechanism of core employee in DASHAN GROUP.
