All the activities of the enterprise are inseparable from the people, and people is also themost important resource of the enterprise. In the era of knowledge economy, it is criticalfor enterprises to have the knowledge and creative talent to obtain comparativeadvantages in the fierce market competition. Staff Loyalty determines the application ofknowledge, skills and innovative initiative and consciousness, which greatly affected theshort-term goals and long-term development. However, talented persons can flow freelyto develop. Enterprises must attract external talented persons and maintain the existingemployee loyalty. Employee loyalty intended to refer to the loyalty of employees of anenterprise, but with the development of the times and constantly enrich managementpractices, employee loyalty has gone deep into the enterprise loyalty, and no doubt it isabsolutely dominate in the relationship with employees. Enterprise loyalty has asignificant impact on staff loyalty. Whether business or employees, are the social role,and affected by the social environment, especially in the trend of economic globalization,corporate self-transformation and so on. Decided in the changing social and economicenvironment, this two-way staff loyalty must also be in constant dynamic change. It isimportant to make employee loyalty remained relatively stable among socio-economicchanges and build a win-win development of harmonious relations between employeesand the company. The dynamic management is viable to achieve this harmoniousrelationship. This paper analyzes the meaning of loyalty and historical background, nature,characteristics, classification, meaning and effect of employee loyalty by domestic and foreignresearch. The relationships among employee satisfaction, employee engagement and employee loyaltyis pointed out. The concept of employee loyalty is reconstructed on the analysis of employee loyaltybased on the two-way interaction and the concepts and theoretical basis of employee loyalty dynamicmanagement is given. Combining employee loyalty’s influencing factor with the present situation andanalysis of causes in our country, we build the model of employee loyalty’s dynamic managementtheory. Considering influenced factor of two-way faithfulness, to discuss how to play a part in theprocess of employee loyalty both enterprise and employee. Through the two-way interaction cycle ofenterprise and employee, to retain and promote employee loyalty, finally making respective strategyfrom different views of enterprise and employee.
