Then , on the basis of analyzing the state of economy, resources and environment, it constructs the target system of the coordinated development among the economy , resources and environment in Liaoning Province . It gets each subsystem's comprehensive developing level figures in the way of analyzing the main component parts . Therefore , it constructs a coordinated developing model, and evaluates the state of coordinated development among economy , resources and environment system with coordinated coefficients and coordinated developing degrees . It concludes that the state of coordinated development among economy , resources and environment in Liaoning Province is fine , but the coordinated developing degrees between resources and economy , resources and environment system are not satisfactory .
