For Enterprise Technology Core Competencies To Enhance Knowledge Sharing Optimization Mechanism

This article has mainly studiedthe knowledge sharing optimization mechanism for the technical corecompetence promotion.Embarking from correlation research of the technical corecompetence and the knowledge sharing, in foundation of reading massivedomestic and foreign correlation literature material, the article analyzedthe connotation, the integrant part of technical core competence, and theconnotation, process, characteristic of knowledge sharing. In thisfoundation, this article further analyzed the relations of technical corecompetence and knowledge sharing, elaborated the knowledge essence oftechnical core competence, and studied the mechanism of how the formsand the promotion of technology core competence promoted byknowledge sharing from internal and external of enterprise.Then, in above theoretical foundation, this article mainly studied theknowledge sharing optimization mechanism for the technical corecompetence promotion. According to the wish barrier and the technicalbarrier of internal knowledge sharing, this article proposed optimizinginternal knowledge sharing from incentive measures and. building theplatform of knowledge sharing, and analyzed the internal individualknowledge sharing behavior through establishment gambling model, andproposed the corresponding incentive mechanism. In the knowledgesharing with external enterprise, because the asymmetric information anddefault risk, this article puts forward the theory of choosing knowledgesharing alliance through a game theory analysis. On the aspect ofknowledge sharing between enterprise and customers, this paperconstructs a customer knowledge management model, and proposes thecorresponding optimization strategy of knowledge sharing.
