Then shows the situation ofcompetition, management, marketing and compensation in ANYUANENGINEERING GLASS FACTORY. Analyzes this condition andshortcoming of compensation system. Thus combining the developmentof the salary theory and making the framework of the compensationdesign. And then, this thesis emphasizes on explaining the broadbandcompensation system, and redesigns the compensation system of ANYUAN ENGINEERING GLASS FACTORY based on the idea of thebroadband compensation, designs a new high stretchy compensationsystem which is based on post and performance. In the last part, the thesishas a primary analysis of effects of the new system.The thesis has realistic significance. For resolving the questionsinstate-owned enterprise compensation reformation, I analyze thecompensation system base on the reality of enterprise.
