Iso9000 Quality Management System In The Enterprise Application And Analysis

The quality of the product is expressed by the technical standard. It is not enough for the modern product to inspect it on technical standard, because of the complexity of the structure and the technique. When the technical standard and the organization of enterprise are not perfect, the technical standard can not insure the quality. So, it is necessary to set up compatible quality management system to manage and supervise the quality when the product is produced, so can the enterprise offer sufficient evidence to prove that the product accord the standard. The customer would rather take charge of the improved fee for setting up the quality management system, in order to depress the quality risk and gain the qualified product. On the other hand, the enterprise would rather develop the quality management system and strengthen the quality management in order to avoid the risk of compensation for the unqualified product. The author take charge of the confirmation from 2004 when he occupied the QM manager, and the author bring forward his viewpoint for the quality management:①The ISO9000 standard must been linked to the fact;②The procedure must accord with the fact and be clear;③It is unreal to make the management perfect only by confirmation. The enterprise should improve its management step by step when the quality management system was run.
