Application Of ISO9001-2000 Standard In Industrial Enterprise

Since the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) promulgated the ISO9000 standard (quality control and quality guarantee standard), there were 150 countries in the world implemented this standard and developed the quality authentication system, which has formed unprecedented upsurge in the history of the world standardization. There were nearly 30,000 enterprises have passed the ISO9000 authentication in our country, moreover, the number of enterprise which applied for the quantity authentication rapidly increased by the geometric series.The documentary management system was emphasized in the ISO9000 standard, but the concrete documentary template has not been provided, which increased the difficulty to establish and consummate the standard management system for the enterprise. This paper summarized the process which a set of practical systems were established by introducing the content of the ISO9000 quality system and the experience that the author gain by establishing quality system which was passed.Firstly the current research background and significance related with this topic were introduced in the paper, and then concretely explained the basic principle and foundation of the quality system. In addition, the understanding on the IS9001-2000 was elaborately analyzed and the question which should be pay attention to was emphasized in the implementation process. Finally, the process was introduced, which quality system was planned, established and implemented and documentary quality system was formed in some valve production enterprise of Dalian. The plan and document establishment of quality system were emphasized in the paper, which included: the definite quality policy, goal, organization structure drawing of company, the division responsibility and jurisdiction and the process analysis etc. Above all, the author hopes to provide authentication way which can help the enterprise to push the ISO9000 standard by this paper.
