Underdeveloped Rural Areas Of Human Resources Research And Development

One important reason why the economic development in underdeveloped rural area is quite slow and why the increase of income of farmers is little is that the human resources development lag behind. This article analyzes present situation of the Zhanhua County rural human resources development from three aspects which are the scale and the constituents of rural human resources, their cultural quality and its constitution,and the types of professions of the rural population. On the ground of clearly seeing the present situation, the author analyzes thoroughly the root that led to the present situation from six aspects which are vocational technology of the countryside, the adult education, the technical personnel, the educational investment, the shift of labor force, the social security and short-sighted, and he also studies the the influence of the present situation on rural economic and social development of Zhanhua County, and then he puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the present situation of ZhanHua County. This article reveals a series of questions which has regularity in rural human resources development in underdeveloped area, and it has the universal model significance to other underdeveloped area.
