The birth of Evolutionary Economics, which tries to open out thebasic rules in the development of social economical activity of humanbeings, used many achievements for reference in the field of biologicalevolvement and natural science. It is, however, still a question neededfurther discussion that whether it can extend the theory of biologicalevolvement into human society simply by means of biological analogy.
