But as the complexity of the market environment, the Real estate enterprises were facing with dual challenge of the survival and development. And those enterprises should not evade the complexity. At present, the studies of Real estate enterprises mainly focused on the static and linear evaluation methods, these methods had certain limitations on the system and dynamic evolution levels. Holland put forward the Complex adaptive system theory based on system. The concepts of "adaptive""adaptive subject" and "complexity" in CAS theory were very accord with the real estate enterprise systems’ evolution. Therefore the paper used the CAS theory, and combined with the real estate market evolution. The paper analyzed the evolution mechanism and evolution path of real estate enterprises. The Purpose was help real estate enterprises improve the ability to adapt fundamentallyThe root cause of real estate enterprise system evolution was the changes of real estate market environment. At first, this paper analyzed complexity and dynamic evolution rule of the real estate market used fractal and chaos theory. Through quantitative calculation we found the real estate market had fractal dimension and positive Lyapunov index, and we proved that the real estate market was fractal and chaos structure. Then, the paper mainly analyzed the evolution mechanism of real estate enterprises using the CAS theory, including the main body interaction, the adaptive learning mechanism and emergence mechanism, and analyzing the concepts and evolution laws of each mechanism deeply. Finally, the paper set up the path model of the real estate enterprise system evolution based on the research of the evolution mechanism. And taking Wanke Enterprise as a case, the paper analyzed its development stages including "addition","subtraction" and "multiplication" base on CAS theory.
