Jiangling Holdings Limited, An Integrated Management System

Recently, more and more enterprises has passed or intend to pass the authentication of international management systems, such as ISO9000 Quality Management System, ISO14000 Environment Management System, and OHSAS18000 Occupy Healthy & Safe Management System, to standardize management, promote corporate image, and strengthen competitive power. However, if several management systems were operated separately in an enterprise, contradictions of the task connection, resource wastes, lower management efficiencies, increases of coordination and checking costs for system operation would be resulted in. Therefore, establishing and operating the three management systems integrally per PDCA model will have practical significance. Based on the analysis on the similarities and differences of the three management systems, this paper approaches the implementation method of management system integration, and giving Jiangling Holdings Limited ("JHC") as an example, discusses the establishment, operation and control of management system integration in JHC, and finally, this paper evaluates the effectiveness of JHC's management system integration. This paper can provide referrence for building and operating an integrated management system in an industry enterprise.
