Nanjing Producer Services And Urban Economic Development

21 century is a society of urban economy and city economy is service economy.Nanjing is devoted to developing a centure of regional economy, logistics, tourist economy of exposition, finance and information service, among which the development of productive service is playing an important role.The development of productive service and urban development can't go without each other. The scale effect and cluster economy of productive service will have a very deep influnce on urban economy and urban functions, at the same time promoting the rapid development of other industries indirectly and improving urban comprehensive strength. This article referrs to acomplishment of domestic and oversea productive service and makes a research into the relation between productive service and urban development of Nanjing by means of dynamic analysis, principal component analysis, compare analysis and constructure analysis, in terms of "Five Centres" target of Nanjing. It also analyse the charactors and statue of Nanjing productive service, studys the future location of Nanjing, and analyses the influnce of productive service to urban development during the process of transformation. Finaly this article provides related policy advice.
