Research On The Impact Of The Agglomeration Of Productive Service Industry On Urban Economic Development In Hebei

With the development of technology and knowledge economy,the industrial structure of all countries in the world has changed greatly.China in 2013 three production accounted for more than the proportion of secondary industry,economy starting from the industrial economy to a service economy.Although China has entered the service economy,but compared with the developed countries,the development of our service industry is still inadequate.In 2015,China’s three production accounted for 50.2%,higher than the proportion of secondary industry which is only 9.3 percentage points,while in developed countries the proportion of the three industries have reached more than 70%.The proportion of three production in Hebei province is not only a big gap with Beijing,but also lower than the national average.In 2015,the proportion of three production in Hebei was 40.19%,which was less than 40 percentage points in Beijing and 10 percentage points lower than that of the country.Service industry,especially producer services,has become a new engine to drive the development of urban economy.Service industry can not only activate urban economy,improve urban functions,but also play a great role in promoting the transformation of urban economic development mode.In February 26,2014 delivered an important speech of General Secretary Xi in Beijing hosted a forum,General Secretary Xi pointed out that the Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development is a major national development strategy,the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei in Beijing and Tianjin city group as the carrier,strengthen complementary advantages,mutual benefit and win-win.In recent years,with the joint efforts of the central and three of Tianjin,Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development has made substantial progress,but put forward with the "Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative development plan" in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region will build a world-class city group’s goal is still a big gap between the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,13 city economic development level there is a big disparity,uneven development,backward is the 11 city in Hebei province.Therefore,speeding up the development of service industry in 11 cities in Hebei is an important breakthrough to promote the realization of the goal of the world classcity group in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.At present,the agglomeration and development of service industry has become the trend of the development of service industry.First,the concept and classification of urban economy and producer services are summarized and summarized.Then,the urban economic theory,industrial agglomeration theory and the impact of producer services on urban economy are reviewed and commented.This paper selects 11 cities in Hebei Province as the research samples.First,we compare the economic development level,the level of service industry development and the development of producer services in 11 cities of Hebei Province,and then put forward the problems in the development of producer services in Hebei province.Then use different measurement methods of production service industry agglomeration level of each city in Hebei province were calculated,and the application of C-D production function empirical analysis of Hebei Province,the city productive service industry agglomeration scale,specialization,diversification of the level of economic development of the city,the following conclusions: producer services agglomeration the scale and diversification level of city economic development has played a positive role in promoting,and producer services agglomeration in the professional level to the reverse effect on the city economic development.On this basis,the author combs the successful development of producer services in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces,and puts forward some suggestions on accelerating the development of producer services in Hebei province.
