At present, in the process of China's market economy, the conflict between labor andcapital has become a very common phenomenon in private enterprises, which greatlyaffect the company's healthy and stable development. Analyzing the influence factors andproposing the countermeasures are of great value and theoretical significance for theeffective management of conflicts between labor and capital in private enterprises.We used various methods of interview, questionnaire survey in the research andselected 197 employees in 8 private enterprises as participants in order to explore theinfluence factors of conflicts between labor and capital in private enterprises from theangle of employee cognition. The result indicated that, (1) The influence factors ofconflicts between labor and capital in private enterprises is composed of 5 dimensions:working environment, compensation & benefits, job itself, company administration, andleadership behavior. (2) The age, education level and work nature have the significancedifference in part of dimensions of the influence factors. The sex and this company's jobseniority do not have the significance difference in all dimensions. (3) The employees havedifferent demographic variables do not have the significance difference in the cognition ofthe conflict between labor and capital. (4) All the 5 dimensions have inverse influence onthe conflict between labor and capital in private enterprises. Compensation & benefits isregarded as the most important dimension, and then in turn are working environment,company administration, leadership behavior, and job itself.Based on the above research conclusion, the study gives the followingcountermeasures: establish scientific compensation system, build the fine enterpriseenvironment, improve enterprise management pattern, strengthen employee training,rational use spirit drive, and positively create enterprise culture.
