With the reform and opening-up policy deepening, the foreign-invested ventures in China have arisen and developed rapidly. But as such ventures sprang up across China, though they have been contributing greatly to the economic growth of China, industrial relations conflict has gradually become a very common phenomenon in these ventures. If the situations aren't restricted, they will endanger not only the expansion of these ventures, but also the social stability. Analyzing the influence factors and proposing the suggestions are of great value and theoretical significance for the effective management of industrial relations conflict in foreign ventures.We used various methods of interview, questionnaire survey in the research and selected 435 employees in 15 foreign ventures in Jiangsu Province as participants in order to explore the influence factors of industrial relations conflict in foreign ventures from the angle of employee cognition. The result indicated that, (1) The influence factors of industrial relations conflict in foreign ventures is composed of 5 dimensions: compensation & benefits, company administration, working environment, leadership behavior, and job itself. (2) The age, education level and work nature have the significance difference in part of dimensions of the influence factors. The genders and the company's job seniority do not have the significance difference in all dimensions. (3) The employees have different demo graphic variables do not have the significance difference in the cognition of the conflict. (4) All the 5 dimensions have inverse influence on the industrial relations conflict in foreign ventures. Compensation & benefits is regarded as the most important dimension, and then in turn are company administration, working environment, leadership behavior, and the job itself.Based on the above conclusion, this study gives the following suggestions: establish scientific compensation system, improve enterprise management pattern, strengthen employee training, build the fine enterprise environment, and create enterprise culture.
