Along with the market competition is day by day intense, the emphases of thecompetition between the enterprises is transforming from the material resources to thehuman resources. The human resources have become the most important resources. Asthe most important part of the human resources management, compensation system hasbeen emphasized by many enterprises. Compensation system is a double-edged sword. Ifused correctly, it will inspire enthusiasm and creativity of the employee; but if usedincorrectly, it will lead to depression, inefficiency, even resignation.This article began with the compensation theory. Firstly it introduced somecompensation theory and incentive theory. Secondly it took a thorough analysis on thehuman resources management and compensation system in JH Kitchen Utensils Company,and found out the main problems that exist in JH Kitchen Utensils Company'scompensation system, for example: compensation system did not base on job evaluation;the compensation level does not have the market competitiveness; the compensation didnot connect with the performance of the employee and so on. Thirdly it gives thestrategies to resolve the problem, for example: analyzing the evaluation of present job;investigating the salary level of the human resources marketing; irrigating theperformance system; introducing the system of compensation point and so on. Finally, thearticle elaborated fundamental process and fundamental frame in redesign of JH KitchenUtensils Company's compensation.
