On this basis, combining with the analysis of the overall objectives on the transformation of Jiangsu telecommunication enterprises, the primary thought in the aspect of business transformation and innovation of Jiangsu telecommunication has been formed. That is, to explore the traditional business potential, to develop and popularize the new services and to transform the business mode; it is required to establish the concept, that is, the incorporation, brand and cooperation; it is necessary to control the risk, including the inertial effect of the old mode, law and policy risk, incontrollable industry chain and the charge risk and so on.
