Under this condition, China Telecom encountered a rough situation that its voice services revenues are shrinking gradually, which are mainly fetched from fixed-line telephone services. As its continuous development is sternly challenged, China Telecom has to struggle to find new growth point.Firstly, with the research background and meaning of non-voice business transformation of China Telecom, and the relative research about telecom enterprise's transformation, the frame of this thesis is clarified.
