The paper tries to find a right performance way that can improve employees'positivity and resolve difficulties.The paper find many ways such as Key Performance Indicator (KPI),Balancedscore-card (BSC),Compare Method,Force Distributing Method,Key Event Method etc.which can solve the difficulties in JiaMei company. Compare these ways and choose theKey Performance Indicator (KPI). In this paper we use The Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) to confirm the Key Performance Indicator's proportion.Primary content of the paper is changing the organization configuration, establishdepartmental responsibility, establish post responsibility, set up operation process. On thisbase we set up JiaMei company's Key Performance Indicator (KPI). We can haveperformance check depend on this tool.Part one of this paper is introduction, describing the background of the paper,researchpurpose and research ways.Part two of this paper is reviewing old frame of reference of check.Part three of this paper is how to design JiaMei company's Key PerformanceIndicator.Part four of this paper is how to use the JiaMei company's Key PerformanceIndicator, and discuss the way's virtue and demerit.Part five of this paper is summing-up.
