The paper tries to find a right performance way that can improve employees'positivity and resolve difficulties.The paper find many ways such as Key Performance Indicator (KPI),Balancedscore-card (BSC),Compare Method,Force Distributing Method,Key Event Method etc.which can solve the difficulties in JiaMei company. Compare these ways and choose theKey Performance Indicator (KPI). In this paper we use The Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) to confirm the Key Performance Indicator's proportion.Primary content of the paper is changing the organization configuration, establishdepartmental responsibility, establish post responsibility, set up operation process.
